We recommend you to apply filtering rules for the HÍ webmail instead of using rules for other mail clients like Outlook or Thunderbird. The rules in the mail clients are only active when the computer, with the mail client, is turned on. But the rules defined for the HÍ webmail are always active.

The following rules are the most common ones:

• Sort the mail directly into folders when receiving it.
• Redirecting the mail
• Out of office message when receiving an e-mail, this refers to an automatic reply to those sending e-mail to a HÍ member while on vacation.
