When a new employee starts working at The University (HÍ) the office manager or the head of the department needs to apply for the new so he or she can get an access to RHÍ’s service. The applier needs to log on to the Owl and go to: computing service-> users-> registration.

Following are the most common services a employee might want to use:

  • How can I apply for an IP address for my desk computer?
  • Is it possible for me to get the internet home through the University?
  • How can I change my given Ugla Password?
  • How can I get my e-mail?

  • When can I get a phone and a phone number?
