mac addressA MAC address is in fact the ID of your computer online. The University's network  system needs to recognize a computer or the ID of a computer's network card before it can connect on campus. Therefore you need to register the computer before it can go online.

In the Main menu to the left you can find instructions on how to find the so called MAC address for your computer (network card). The MAC addresses for wireless network is different from the wired one so click the one you need help with.

The instructions are categorized by operating systems. Click here to find out which operating system your computer has if you are unsure.
