Log on to your webmail in order to see how much usage you use for
your mail account and how much you have free.

• By logging on through SquirrelMail you can see the status of the usage up in the corner.
• By choosing RoundCube you see the status of the disk usage at the bottom of the page.
• Students have 1 GB storage for their e-mail
• Employees has 16 GB storage for their e-mail

If the mail account is full and you need more usage you should look through the folders in the webmail and delete large attachments and mails in the “Sent” folder.

The mail can be arranged by size for both SquirrelMail and RoundCube by clicking “Size".
